Manchester Unlicensed driver prosecuted.

the councillor was indignant wasnt she? not only unlicensed but uninsured........................but he cant buy insurance without a license!

he got an excellent deal only £500 fine.

and 8 points, another 4 and he can claim a free set of glasses.

Well then he has made a profit.

If insurance up there can be as high as £5,000, and he only got fined £500, then simple maths suggests it pays to do it wrong. :sad:
