having looked at the pics on the link below, do the London drivers really allow this to happen

i picked up a crown court judge the other day, being transferred up north from London, we got talking, i asked him to put his seat belt on before he told me he was a judge, to which he eventually did buckle up

he said we dont wear them in a cab in London
