Taxi Driver Guilty Of Sexual Assault 25th September 2008 A taxi driver has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a teenage girl while taking her to her Borehamwood home in November last year. Mohebullah Ebad, 36, of Grange Place, Kilburn was arrested on November 18 following the incident which took place as he drove the 17-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, through Radlett on November 2. Ebad denied the charge but was found guilty at St Albans Crown Court on September 22. he was ordered to pay a fine of £300 in £20 weekly instalments starting today and an additional £300 in costs. A fine & costs after being found guilty of sexual assault?? What about a custodial sentence??? |

What about a custodial sentence??? The law allows such a fine to be issued if the touching wasn't a downstairs touching, and the victim was over 13.

That will be one more pervert off the roads at least It puzzles me as to why its mainly always Asians that are before the courts for sex offences, but if they cannot see what they are getting due to the Vail's before the get married that might explain it |
