we do not smoke, never have, and a driver could have all the windows open for 2 hours but it would still smell, ergo we wouldnt be using a taxi/cab if the vehicle stunk, why should i pay for the pleasure?

Who bloody cares, i would consider getting caught smoking in me cab as an occupational hazard, no different to gettin caught speeding or any other traffic violation we may commit whilst doing our job, but i woudnt do it some were i would risk getting caught same as you wouldnt go speeding past a police car, and dont come back high and mighty and say you have never broken the law, ever!!!!!!!
