The press were ramping up a case for war in the weeks preceding the vote, they didn't even accept the result stating on more than one occasion that this was the first time since the end of WW2 that we'd failed to support the US........they appear to have forgotten about Vietnam.

The MP's listened to public opinion.......they say we're war weary, so presumably its our fault.

A classic case of the press at its worst - Hey lets have a war!!! sells plenty of newspapers/advertising....and gives them plenty to write about without having to confirm whether it is right or wrong.........absolute to$$ers.
