Unfortunately for Westminster, it's a geographical fact that almost all of the oil is in Scottish waters.
That's something they are just going to have to accept. Anything else would be a breach of international law.

Oil grabs like we see in the Middle East are much harder to justify when it's a modern democracy in Europe. Apart from which, the yanks have an annoying habit of grabbing it all for themselves.

Anyway, wouldn't it be easier to use the state broadcaster and the unionist media to saturate the population with scare stories, smears, lies and distortions?

As if they would

What is your immigration policy? I quite fancy the idea of getting away from these tw$ts in Westminster :D

As an EU citizen, you would have every right to live here.
Even if Westminster deprives you of your EU citizenship, I doubt you would find Scotland anything but welcoming :)

No thanks, I've only been to Scotland once and I couldn't wait to get out of the place.

How is it going to pan out with oil off of Aberdeen - do you think that Westminster are just going to hand it over? If I am any judge then you had better dig up William Wallace..........you are going to need him.

He thinks the Oil is Scotland's, there are American companies who have purchased the rights to the oil. Salmond has had the money from the oil. Funny how all he oil from the so called Scottish oil fields 250 miles out in international waters gets shipped to England for refining.

But not all Parts of Scotland are the same and nor are the Scots people all the same..we Down here in Skippyland are a Shy, polite, courteous, thoughtful, caring, sophisticated and intelligent breed..yet,when you cross over the Forth and northwards you get a different beast altogether with a tribal savagery still obvious in their biological makeup.

You were just in the Wrong place Nidge.

Anything Past Edinburgh and your Part Inuit...That's how The Glesgae kiss came about, it originated from rubbing noses (Eskimo Kiss) in freezing bothies in a gesture of Kinship and Friendship, then after the discovery of Whisky drinking their noses slowly evolved into big red Proboscis's of a type unsuitable for the traditional Nose rub. so to keep up it's traditions they started Heid Butting each other after a whisky bevvy and that's how it still is today.
