Salmond isn't leading the Yes campaign, any more than Cameron is leading the No campaign.
Darling's opposite number is Dennis Canavan - who Darling won't debate with
Chief executive of No Campaign, Blair McDougall won't debate with chief executive of Yes Campaign, Blair Jenkins either
