You go for a job and your earnings fail to keep pace with inflation you negotiate and if unsuccessful ..........you organise industrial action...fekking obvious
I want working class MP's not fekking graduates ffs
£10000 to me is excessive for an MP............................not to UKIP and other scum evidently ...........which fekwkit is the issue under debate in this thread.
I realise THAT for you a Welsh cretinous grovelling lickspittle cok4ucker and sheep dipper thats complicated ..................... but thats all that needs answering UNDERSTAND

Oh dear me Runaway you are finding it hard staying in touch with yourself

My first post was in answer to this....................

If they got paid proper wages then we might actually get some good ones, especially ones no longer funded by unions.
I then replied by saying................

We have had this for donkeys years - Oh we had better pay them the going rate or they will all go to other countries i.e "The Brain Drain"! Since that philosophy has been allowed we have been more in the sh!t than ever before.
My thoughts are this - Your salary is £1 mil per year for top to$$ers Or £70k if you are a politician then there should be no bonus/expenses out of the ordinary -if you do your job properly then you get to stay! If you do not then sign on Or ship out........simples.
The salary for any job/profession is known before they apply, if they were not happy with that package/salary then they would have not applied in the first place. It is no good pointing at the company/local authority down the road and saying they are paying xx more than me, as there is not always a comparison - the going rate is what the salary was when applied for......END OF. If they do not like it then f%ck off, and screw the country up of someone else - not a problem in my book.
P.S. why should we pay them £100K per year.........when they cannot get it right on the salary that they are now being paid, unless of course..................we pay as we do........for failure
I will interpret this for the "Hard of reading".....so listen up!
I did not condone 100k a year or for that matter any excessively high salary as such - what I did say was that the salary is what they applied for, and that if they were not happy, then they would not have applied for it (ARE YOU WITH ME SO FAR?). The bottom line being do not say you want more just because another authority pay more ( A bit like me saying I want a London tariff when I work in Cardiff, obviously no comparison). I also went onto say that if your salary is xx, the salary they applied for.....then do not say that you also need to have a bonus if also expected to do some work (ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION?). My thoughts being is that in most cases 100k+ is in most cases far too much to pay, and especially for FAILURE (RIGHT THE HARD BIT)>>>>>JUST FOR YOU. If they make the threat to go and get employed by some other unfortunate employer...........THEN LET THEM GO, in turn giving some of our young blood a chance, who would be happy to do the job & make a success for half of the money.
Try to stay up to speed.....after all it is your topic and you seem somewhat lost.........if only
