So Boris is 'proroguing' parliament and the remainers are having a right hissy fit.

Interesting that between 70 and 80% of the time, he has suspended parliament, it wouldn't have been sitting anyway due to the conference season.

But the hissy fitters don't get that.

but the timing is very convenient and if the threats to set up an unofficial alternate take place will we not be technically in civil war

Or a new bit of legislation preventing us from leaving. In my opinion, if it is getting to within say 6 weeks of the end of October and we still don't have a deal, Boris will call a general election which , in effect will stop any new acts of parliament being passed until after the election which means that the default position of leave can't be overturned.
