I guess this chaps personal life is more important than the injustice done to him over US war crimes. Is it any wonder they get away with everything when all Joe Blogs cares about is what jokes we can all crack at the expense of others :wink:

The US expects it's servicemen to cover up war crimes. It's is a matter of national security, as demonstrated by this case.

"I was following orders" didn't cut much ice at Nurenburg.
Those dumb Nazis should have said it was a matter of national security, then they'd all have been acquitted.
