very simple solution, if they have no insurance and cant pay, send their government the bill (they must show their passport to get treatment)

Good idea. That'll be the same as the UK population will be treated soon.

Let's just hope you and yours have good insurance, and they don't cancel it when you get to a certain age or decide you're too much of a risk.

Doesnt Scotland have free NHS for all and free hospital parking (and free uni fees?)
