IMO the government is in the process of destroying it - like the previous government.

How do we save it? I would guess it would need a political party that isn't actually corrupt - of course by that time we'll all be dead via MSRA.

It doesn't matter what party people stand for at the end of the day most politicians want to follow a path that will generate a nice luctrative job at the end of their political career so obviously privatising healthcare is another source of high paid jobs for ex politicians

Why is the NHS such a sacred cow that must have more money thrown at it by successive governments than the Banks?

Is the NHS not in the process of destroying itself? (judging from many of my friends and families experiences with the United Lincolnshire Hospital Trusts)

IMO - when we live in a UK where a company makes a profit through the hospitalisation of someone or through somebodies illness - then at that point we need to call on Guy Fawkes.
