Why not a head of state,doesnt have to be anyone you dont want to vote for.

Yes exactly power by birthright is not acceptable to any democratic society, and given any of the above at least you could get shot of them every 5 years or so! unlike the present encumbents who leave much to be desired in my opinion you might have noticed
