I've always said this. Part time jobs with part time wages topped up by the tax payer. Everywhere they go they boast about how many jobs they are creating whenever one of their ugly buildings are erected, some more ugly than others

Yep the opposition is infinitely preferable, and quite frankly the EU have probably handed (the opposition) UKIP, another couple of points without them actually trying to score

THE FACTS THEY TRIED TO IGNORE
Immigration will add 12 million to our population in the next 20 years – one and a half times the population of London and 12 times that of Birmingham.
In 2003, a report commissioned by the Labour government said migration from Eastern Europe would be no more than 13,000 a year. The true figure was close to 80,000 a year.
One third of the demand for new housing is as a result of immigration.
We need to build a house every seven minutes for the next 20 years just to accommodate new immigrants.
Half of all tenancies in inner London are now held by foreign-born tenants.
750,000 Londoners have moved out of the capital because of housing pressure.
The policy of opening Britain to mass immigration was actually deliberate. In 2009, Labour Party official Andrew Neather admitted: ‘It didn’t just happen; the deliberate policy was to open up the UK to mass migration.’

There was an estimate that Romanians and Bulgarians would add 50,000 a year to our population. Yet again it was rubbished, yet again the numbers are pointing in that direction.

To come to the present, we find that the figures from the Office for National Statistics show that net migration has been running at an average of nearly a quarter of a million a year for ten years.

If this is allowed to continue it will have a huge impact on our population and, indeed, on the whole nature of our society. Taking also into account the growth of our existing population, it will add 12 million in the next 20 years. That is huge. It is one and a half times the population of London and 12 times the population of our second city, Birmingham.

The consequences are already being felt. Maternity services are coming under increasing pressure. Primary schools are having to put up Portakabins to handle the extra children and, in some schools, classes are above their legal limit.

Housing is another massive issue. Not many people realise that one third of the demand for new housing is as a result of immigration. Indeed, we will need to build a house every seven minutes for the next 20 years or so just to accommodate new immigrants and their families.

As a result, finding an affordable home in many parts of the country is a real problem. Nothing has been done to provide the housing that our rapidly expanding population needs.

The problem is at its most acute in London but, of course, there is an overflow to the regions around London. The city’s population has grown by more than one million since 2000 and it continues to grow rapidly. That growth is entirely down to immigration and it has put huge pressure on the city’s housing. Waiting lists for social housing have doubled since 2000, property prices have soared and over-crowding has increased. Many people looking for somewhere suitable to live have to leave the city.

Since 2000, a period in which London has been portrayed as ‘booming’, there has actually been a net loss of three quarters of a million original Londoners to the rest of the country. A curious sort of boom.

London is also the third largest city of French voters.

I'm not a royalist but She has paid tax on her personal income since 1993 but, again, we don't know how much? There are lots of people who don't work, not just the royals, although I'm sure they would argue against that, but im sure they contribute a lot to London cabbies, by way of tourists. So yet again your facts are wrong, know wonder your not taken seriously. You probably believe Arsenal are a good team to.i think your delusional.

Arsenal a good team well there are worse, but like or not their my team through thick and thin though ive never seen them relegated

Tourism in london is about museums, historic buildings, including of Course the Krauts residence, but not of course them for they are rarely seen even by Londoners, with of course the shops Harrods ~Oxford Street etc, and of course the football clubs Arsenal Chelsea the Scum and others. The royals themselves contribute zilch to tourism FACT! All this is viewable at the Republic web site given you state "i'm not a royalist" take a look i'm sure you will find it interesting  www.republic.org.uk

You assert that the population growth in London is entirely down to immigrants, WRONG even Londoners copulate and produce children!

Shortage of school places of course, the Abolition of ILEA the Inner London Education Authority assured that #-o and who did that Thatcher of course and yet again Blair nor Brown dealt with it #-o

Your correct in that unrestricted immigration IF ALLOWED TO CONTINUE will lead to overcrowding, but for sure it will be stopped all party's are on that bandwagon now :D Rightly so of course. and as i pointed out advocating that in the Labour Party up until very recently led to the RACISM ACCUSATION #-o

housing shortage indeed ..............and of course its mainyt down to the slut Thatchers policy of selling council property's and of course Blair nor Brown addressed the issue satisfactorily!

Theres no shortage of sites to build housing in London however Government cuts to bail out the Banking crooks has deprived Councils of the necessary funds, £70 million in my borough Camden this year ffs my council house on the open market is valued at £1.5 million,,,,,,,,,,,,fekking crazy, but inevitable given no construction taking -place. h #-o #-o

hows that for a civilised response :?: :?:
