Took a butchers at the betting odds in my constituency Hampstead and Kilburn thought i might win some £££££££££££££££'s   no chance in this the seat with the narrowest majority in the country [Labour Glenda Jackson who is not restanding thank fekk] 46 the Labour candidate is 1/4 ie you stake £4 to win £1 !

4/1 on ffs they dont usually get it very wrong the bookies do they #-o #-o #-o

The odds on various majority's for government dont look good for any party ...........and as for co=alitions their all over the place ffs

The Conservatives will be the biggest party, and if only people will wake up to the reality that we are better off with the Conservatives, might just get an overall majority. Forget about Scotland, a lost cause, and Wales too.

And that tells none of us anything.

Besides your comment that the country is in better shape than 5 yrs ago - how does that stack up with Council cuts right left and centre, plus mega cuts to come after the election that will make what we have seen so far pale into insignificance? We as drivers can see the High Streets are not boyant, the night economy is pretty dire.........so what do you see that I do not?

From where I am standing I do not see much of a future kmproving for those living outside of London,Manchester & Aberdeen.......... As I see it.....This is the way that we now live - under the financial thumb.

People here must be more optimistic than round your way then because around here we have noticed that people have more money to spend and confidence is a lot higher.

Years ago that would have been the case as foreign car makers created jobs as a recession ended. Today we have national minimum wage, Call centres, Retail, and of course the not so lucrative Zero hours contracts paraded as (ha ha ) jobs.......so where has this MORE money come from?

That's a great Tory philosophy,it's great round our way so that's ok.Maybe take your blinkers off and have a closer look at the rest of the country, you'd be horrified to know that people are on their ars es
and resorting to food banks. But it's ok round your way

Did you honestly expect anything else from a Conservative candidate?

No matter who wins this election, the Tories will win the next one.

If the Tories win this one they will change the boundaries to ensure a 2020 victory, and if Labour go with the SNP this time, then Labour will be wiped out in 2020.
