It is an elite rope a dope scheme, or as I and others have said - a giant Ponzi sting. Who else joins a bankrupt organisation? Usually another bankrupt person/company/country. The day will come when the queue to join dries up Or others see the light and leave. I hope to see it happen in my lifetime - just like the Soviet Bloc  Unfortunately the wealth will have been stripped from each and every country
