I don't think that's the case. It'll be if the deal is good with certain countries then a deal will be done. Lets steer clear of France and Germany then we'll be OK. Lets see what Italy do in their referendum before we sign up to anything.

As long as the EU equally make a net contribution to access the UK market, yes.
