two weeks ago we were told the letter triggering article 50 was going to be sent by the 23rd march but no reports of it having gone yet so now what is the hold up

That was the press. The Government said it was 29th March. |

That was the press. The Government said it was 29th March. I was under the impression that they had stated by the end of March. |

You lot must have missed the news for a couple of days last week. It is the 29th March. It was delayed due to the EU anniversary celebrations, or did you miss that as well? |

If no agreement is reached then world trade rules apply and it is over. |

It is 3 years 2 months to the next scheduled election. As stated above. Both the UK and the EU have to agree on any extension. Simply trying to block the exit wont work because if no agreement is reached we automatically leave under world trade agreements. |
