Caerphilly, the borough that I come under, are apparently £283 mil in debt! My thoughts are that people, i.e (the electorate) should be FOI.....ing their councils to see as to how much debt that they are swimming in. To then lobby these people at the top, who are in effect creaming off unaffordable salaries to reduce them substancially. No business can afford top heavy salaries if the debt is accumulating out of control.
