Just checked it out and meals on wheels is still operating in Leicestershire. it is rin by Leicestershire County Council, A Conservative run Council. |

We still have day centers as well. transport provided by full time Leicestershire County Council employees using Leicestershire County Council vehicles. A Conservative run Council. |
