so I was right the Tories didn't get the big majority and Mays plans backfired #-o lib dems bounced back a little SNP were the big losers and labour did very well it seems Corbyns spend spend spend and never mind the cost promises did sit well with the electorate

I thing the Lib Dems may become the king makers and the tories will now be in a very weak position for the brexit negotiations

If you don't do old fashioned canvassing you have to perform well in front of the cameras the result reflects that

our results were similar to melton with a disaster for Ukip poor showing for the lib dems and big gains for both labour and tories so overall about the same

but Brighton a huge increase in the Green Vote seems they are very popular down there

Peterborough was a huge swing to Labour gaining them the seat

The Tories can still get their way with the Northern Ireland Unionist.

But John MacDonald's idea of a Labour coalition is pie in the sky.

Alongside many of his dream world proposals.

All that said at least it's going to be interesting.

Because sein Fein don't take up their seats the effective finish line is 322 so with the DUP support Teresa is home and dry. Unlucky Jeremy, Your student loan giveaway didn't do it for you.

The mentality of todays Labour voters seriously needs investigating!

Diane Abbot suffering from numerous bouts of ill health, suffering from incalculable gaffs, suffering from lack of knowledge on use of an Abacus........actually increased her vote by a substantial number 11,000/75% of the vote  Wtf is wrong with these people?

Your the one who should be investigated to see if your not devoid of a brain,I suppose your one of those voters who waste their vote, again I take humbug with statements such as above,I voted Labour and always will,
I do not call people who vote for another party or ridicule them for doing so.

I take exception to people voting out of blind allegiance. I think it is every mans duty to seek the truth beyond the bullsh1t and vote based on reasoned thought

What a moronic thing to say  It speaks volumes about you.

As a point of interest, (or not is the case), I was not generalising about Labour voters. My comment was aimed at voters who support Diane Abbott - the car crash specialist.

I do not vote out of blind allegiance,I am a Socialist and believe everyone is equal which is the basis of Socialism.
Some vote for self interest which normally results in a kick in the teeth like the current government have just received, austerity was not considered when calling this election by a PM. who made it into a presidential type election "every vote for me",she could only stand in one constituency but wanted everyone to vote for her.Dictatorship springs to mind in the case of this woman's thinking.Again which proves there is no difference between Conservatism and communism apart from one beginning with a capital "C",dictatorship is the ideology with both these factions.

Not by the Labour party anyway. They just tried to bribe everyone earning under £85,000 with promises that can't be met without borrowing obscene amounts of money without any way of paying it back. Corbyn knew he wouldn't win and he also knew he could never form a minority government so he knows he can still keep making the hollow promises.

Where is your proof of that,Tories are jumping into bed with the people who are not trusted in N.Ireland and who were the cause of the collapse of power sharing over a corrupt green policy wasting millions £s of public money in subsidies.
Are these the people to trust to run our country I think not.
