The bulk of businesses wanted to stay in the customs union which would have been the easiest and most practical brexit

As for may well now she's lost control of parliament she is totally powerless and needs to be replaced pronto preferably with someone who will adopt the option most MP's vote for and unite parliament behind it

Many businesses started looking outside of the box when the referendum results were announced, they started looking at other countries, when they realised how easy it was to trade outside of the EU they changed to Brexit. We buy off them more than they buy off us.

Labour, Lib and the Cons had better start looking for another job because the people they have betrayed will show at the ballot boxes in the local and General Elections.

Ah but did she? She only said she would go if her deal was agreed.

I agree the EU handed Theresa may a poison chalice and said make your MP's drink from this that deal was poison. Time to throw away the chalice and start again demanding something more palatable

someone suggested on the radio today having an election with all sitting MP's banned from standing

I think a party less election would perhaps give us a parliament that could deliver brexit

It it comes to a general election I hope that a lot of ordinary people stand to become MPs. It's about time this monopoly beween Tories and Labour is well and truly broken.

Can't see that happening, but I wouldn't object.

Because I am fed up with the way that the whole thing has been handled by both sides and by many politicians here who agreed to leave and now wont vote for it. I just want it ended. If we have to carry on for a bit longer and hole EU elections I might have to put my name forward. Not because I want to be an MEP but I could get a good wedge for doing very little.

Back in in 2009 Corbyn was in Ireland telling them to vote to leave the EU at an anti-Lisbon Treaty rally in. He brands the EU a "military Frankenstein" and says a 'No' vote in Ireland would be "such a boost to people all over Europe who do not want to live in a European empire.”

and now that stupid Yvette cooper amendment has tied Mays hands behind her back and that Idiot Boles voted for it he certainly won't be getting my vote at the next electon

In any negotiation no matter how big or small there must always be a "walk away" option or else you have no position to negotiate from

Our MP's are determined to sell us down the river

Aye and the single vote that helped carry it belonged to an MP recently sacked from the Labour party because they had been found guilty and jailed for Perverting the course of Justice......Really! an Ex Crim, weeks out of jail and now acting as a Lawmaker in the UK parliament, what a fecking madhouse is our Parliament if it allows law breakers to be law makers.....that vote should be voided, it's just not right.

Our Parliament is a total disgrace.
