I think that will happen regardless of what Labour do.
The Tories will have a more right-wing leader after the election, and they will attack everything Labour do, especially over immigration and any closer ties to the EU.
The only way the Tories will get votes back from Reform is to copy their policies.
As for Labour, given the way the world is nowadays, having a boring plank as a leader means, IMO, it will be a one-time government for them.
