Labour have only been in power for 3 weeks and they have already completely solved the problem of illigal migration. illegal migration has been a massive issue for so many years and yet labour have done away with it in such a short space of time. So that is it no more illigal migration to worry about.

So where are they going to put them, well , apparently they are considering passing legislation that will compel all householders with a spare bedroom to take them in. that'll be popular

There is only one answer to illegal/irregular immigration, and that's to send them back, as happened up until a few years ago.

And if the ECHR says we can't, then we leave the ECHR.

send them back where? If they have no documents and wont tell you where they are from then there is no where to send them.

To the place the old Labour government used to send them back to.

Boat people to France, and the rest are to be kept in secure accommodation until they tell the authorities where they came from and agree to go back.

If they are genuine applicants then they have nothing to fear.

I think we should do a deal with Russia and offer then all our unwanted asylum seekers to train up as cannon fodder for their army. Sadly that wouldn't be lehgal under international law either

If they were genuine applicants would they still need to come over on the small boats and pay for that journey?

So from your own words they san't be genuine if they come over by boat.

By using the Illegal(or irregular) route they can hide their criminal records or links to banned organisations. I think most that come that route do so for that reason.
