Labour claim they have found a £20 billion black hole in the Government finances despite havig access to all the records since before the election so they have scrapped the winter fuel payments to millions of pensioners to help plug the hole. Yet at the same time they have offered a payrise of 11 times the current rate of inflation to millions of health workers.
The Tory Government scrapped the northern part of HS2 and said that the money saved would be spent on infrastructure like new road projects but yesterday labour said there was no money for this and scrapped loads of them.
I wonder what their next peach will be?

The big one will be IHT with some predictions of the rate going as high as 53 %

and of course fuel duty predicted to rise by 8p a litre

and then there's CGT which some are saying they won't raise but I think they will

and last but not least the top rate of income tax forecast to rise to 50% the Argunent being that those earning are not "working People" but when they said that at the elections of course they missed the word class out

I always believed that large-scale infrastructure programs assisted growth and GDP in the long term.

It's often said successful economies spend their way out of recessions.

Cutting money to cover heating bills for the elderly is not really a smart move, but then again I'm not sure the Labour Party is that smart.

The next four and a half years are going to be very interesting.
