so SNP claiming the mandate in Scotland and Plaid Cymry in Wales coupled to the weakest willed PM in history what are the chances now of Wales and Scotland becoming fully independant ?

I think they are strong and if there was a referendum today I think the vote would be for independance based on how bad our governments have been over the last 10 years although I don't rate those of the Scottish and welsh parliaments much better.

Chances are probably higher than they were and for all the wrong reasons - resentment, boredom, frustration, etc.
