Nigel perhaps you should take note of the reaction to the OFT decision by the lads in Reading.

In particular the sentence 'While welcoming the decision as a small victory, Reading drivers admitted it was too early to make a “song and dance”.

Mmm Sussex, I know a Council not far from here who are meeting next weet to discuss capping plates again. They caved in after a 170 car protest on Friday morning, do you want a clue????

Nigel, if there was a council thick enough to re-restrict just before they are given guidance on how not to restrict, then I suspect it's a council thick enough to license you.

I know a council that thought it would get away with a few plates a year.
I think they are now going to hav to issue more plates if not now bt sometime in the future.
Still even an extra 100 is better than a free for all. :(
