No, he relies on chucking huge amounts of money at court cases to take on a week council who invariably have to bow down to his demands.

That's my take anyway.

When the LEGAL department does not do it's job properly what can you expect.

And THAT came from the judge sitting on the ROOF SIGN case and was entered in the SUMMING UP of the case and is now PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE
