I was recently told about this forum. Huh.Call this a forum? The core of this site is totally biased. I only look at it for actual news. The rest is total crap and pure drival with certain contributers using it make to up for their sad lives who want what others have but cant get it. I dont know how some of the contributers on here can afford the time that they do.
Here ends my first and only posting on here as it isnt worth tuppence.

Thanks for that Mr Actual.

Of course you could post up any taxi news that you come across. It will be most welcome and will not be amended nor deleted.

That I will promise you.

As for your last sentence, well isn't it funny how someone from your same IP address, said the same thing about a week ago.

Alex

why did the bank managers get deleted then?

Because it told to much truth.

So is that your answer to the T&G's critique?

You try to change the subject, thus it must be spot on.

Dear oh dear, things don't improve much - anti-this, anti-that, biased, drivel, opinion/fact, charachter assassination. This has gone on since I first started posting on forums, but the truth of it all is that many people just don't like the facts or people having their own opinion on things.

They can't argue the issues so they try to discredit the poster or divert the argument on to other issues, nothing changes.

There's not a lot of point in continuing with this, so you can say what you like, don't expect a reply from me.

disgracefull you know you are wrong, you are anti T and g you are not members and never will be why the hell should they debate on here to have your character assasinations?

Well why do you keep on posting then Mr Nobody?

The problem is that you can't see the difference between what you call charachter assassination and debating the issues, which is a bit rich coming from someone well known for spewing bile towards anything or anyone who he happens to disagree with.

The irony is that we agree about the main issue in question, but you let you personal hatreds get in the way of your better judgement.

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself Mr ActualNews, your post is may be out of the playground, but surely it's worth more than tuppence?

Thruppence maybe?

Dusty :)

Maybe the person who posted should ask themselves what they get up to in their 'sad lives'?

And, Mr Scanner, ask the poster how much 'actual news' is on the website you set up on a subject very close to our hearts.

You are entitled to your opinion, but tell the poster that others are entitled to their's as well without saddoes slagging them off.

For a site thats biased, there seems to be an awful lot of people writing here who thinks its biased.

If the site is that bad, surely the critisism wouldnt be permitted, therefore as a debating platform the sites fair.

I think everyone here would appreciate a National Body that would look after the cab driver's daily concerns. But it has become fairly clear that the stance taken by the T&G is not consistant with the working drivers it surely represents.

How many drivers in limited areas will not be able to purchase even a new TX because they have to pay someone an additional 40K for a license?

Are people suggesting that someone should put themselves 70k in debt to further add to the never ending circle that we have achieved so far?

The whole issue of the OFT has been hijacked by people who couldnt give a toss about the taxi using public, people who are more interested in looking after a plate value, the unfortunate fact is that they seem to have also hijacked the T&G

I explained matter to you in a previous posting. Dusty, is the forum all about point scoring?? And the quoted post could have been deleted............ but why wasnt it?

And there wont be any more such bogus postings via my pc as I have informed the author to post on their own.. as soon as his wife lets him back.

And, Mr Scanner, ask the poster how much 'actual news' is on the website you set up on a subject very close to our hearts.

And now you have a go at my taxi association web site ( I presume you mean that one, one of four seperate sites I run). The site you are referring to is a company site, promoting the company. In fact there actually is a link to this site on it. And a news page. And also, my site cant be that bad as the yellow fare card image used on this sites Home page belongs to, and was created by me. But you are very welcome to use it.

Yep, some posters do seem to concentrate on point scoring.

Scanner.... Bowing out gracefully  but poppong in to scan for OFT updates

I would love to know exactly what you think they should do?

Someone from your IP has slagged off the site, do you expect them to take that?

I wouldn't, I doubt you would, so why the f*** should they?

Once again, is there any point in the T&G's critique that isn't right?

Do you agree that all new drivers should work at night?

Does it make sense to criticize the existing un-met demand surveys and then praise them?

Do you earn £55,000 a year?

Do you understand it when they say that all drivers will leave the phone work, followed by them saying that all drivers will then leave the path work?

Does it make sense when they praise an area that has done one un-met survey in the last 12 years?

Using the T&G's adding up and transferring it to my local tariff, I earn £72,000 per year.

Which makes me have more money than sense, I have now achieved the ultimate. But perhaps this is where the T&G are coming from :D

Perhaps my association need to ask for a fare increase, I really need that holiday home in the south of France. 8)
