I wonder why the decision has been put back till April, Is this so that the councillors involved can sell there plate and leave the buyer with egg on his face :?: :?: :?: if they lift restrictions.
I think a nicely worded email to that council would go down faster than the titanic if they knew we know

Just read through all the posts on this topic & I am going to have to turn the computers off now, because it is starting to stink out of the monitor all the way from Oxford's Council Chambers.

Anyone know who is doing the survey?

Is it a cousin of the uncle who is twice removed from the friend of the next door neighbour of one of the councillor's brothers.

Restriction of numbers is one thing, playing an instrument made by Antonio Stradivari is another, even though his stringed instruments are famous for the quality of their sound.
