I never thought they would include limousines, how the hell with you make one of them wheelchair accessible

Toots is having a very clear moment at the minute so obviously you have pinched my blonde bit for the day. I think if you check it and read it more closely and if you can stay awake while you do it you will see that this document covers every disability not just wheelchair disabilities :D
