Has anyone heard whether York are putting on the two new plates at the end of the year as part of the two extra plates every six months routine. We oposed the last plates but it still went through. Is YTA opposing this one as well?

Do try to keep up, this went before Committee and all the 8 plates will be issued.

Oh I forgot to mention YTA only lasted a year with the new regime, who were completely out of their depth and ran for the hills before the first AGM was due,

Oh dear is right, the treasurer resigned before the agm and has produced no balance sheet or details as to where money collected on the night of his inauguration went to,(its only £105 so no one seems interested) the secretary achieved his aim of getting his free plate then flogged it and went on his way, it seems the only thing they had in mind was to wreck a perfectly good association which is what they did.

Never did!!

Went bust & still took money out of the pot when they were in liquidation; told the members it was to pay a huge bill approaching £10K to a well known taximeter manufacturer in Cannock & they were not paid either.

The money just disappeared, eventhough the receivers / liquidators had already been appointed.

Allegedly, some of the old committee have become proffessors at universities lecturing in 'The Art of Fraud'!!
