That info has been on the quota list since January Cap. If you wan't to know what these restricted councils are doing just have a look at the list.

I was checking through the list and wondering how some of the LA's were getting on.

Swindon seems to be a cracker, the taxi licensing sub committee doesnt seem to have met for 6 months

lol there are some crackers alright. Swindon are expected to announce either April or May. I would probably say May.

For a man who occasionaly sits on the fence, do you find the list informative?

Yes, the list is informative and good information, you need congratulated for taking the time, effort and dedication required to compile it, and in keeping it constantly under scrutiny.

Indeed, someone phoned me yesterday from the south west (Bristol i think) asking about a list, so I referred them to it.
