A SUD has returned that there is no evidence of significant unmet demand. The full report can be found http://democracy.wirral.gov.uk/ieListDo ... 3593&Ver=4) item No12 on the agenda. Letters have now been sent out to interested parties asking for our views. We can submit our views and view the report of the survey at the council's website http://bi.ly/taxilicensing or so they say but there seems a small problem with the last link. Hopefully it will sort itself out soon |

They can carry out a survey but that does not mean they are going to take any notice of it, as in York, there is no unmet demand but the idiotic Councillors have decided to issue 12 more licences over the next 3 years which will give us 193 hacks for 68 ranking spaces |
