This article from TaxiTalk is a few years old but at the time Tony Spreg was asking "have Liiverpool Council deregulated".

http://www.taxitalk.co.uk/pages/issue63 ... uncil_.htm

His concern was the abundance of vehicles from surrounding authorities such as Sefton, knowlsey etc, that illegally plied for hire in Liverpool to the detriment of the Liverpool Hackney carriage Trade.

I wonder if anything has changed?

Regards

JD

You just can't trust those Sefton lads.

But a British Isles plate. 8-[

I would then be able to enjoy a nice cup of tea with my fellow taxi driver GBC in London. :D
