Just to inform everyone that the Cummings appeal case has been listed for July 11 and 12. Mr cummings is appealing against the right of Cardiff council to excecise a policy of de restriction. This will no doubt be the end to a very long running saga which some might say epitomises the avarice of some large multiple owners.

I look forward to the judgement.

As no-doubt will hundreds of plate holders, that through someones greed, might have lost their plate premiums. :shock:

How come Mr T , Mr cummings is your brother in arms . He is your idol , the man whome you aspire to be . The perfect greedyprat . Does this mean you have a conscious ?. Street car off the road due to a unfortunate incident , you get them whan you drive .

I take the good with the bad ,But I do not whinge.

Not every one that rents out cabs is greedy,same as not all drivers are as* H****,but I have met a few of each,I was prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt, but ??..mr T.. 8)

You have shattered , my concept of a tyrannical fleet owner . I now have no one, to vent my anger out on . Pity . Good luck streetcar.

I have no problem with fleet owners per say, it's just some fleet owners in some restricted areas that I find are not to my liking. :wink:

Mr shone, who the hell is he. The only one i know, is the man who tryed to license 20 donkey carts in Liverpool . Please please Please tell me hes not trying again . Pity sussex did not meet , Eddie gray wonderful taxi owner that he was . Oh hes not departed , just sewing mail bags . Streetcar.
