No doubt in urban areas the ethnic figure will be high but in rural ares it would be low.
In rural areas I think you'll find them high due to the cities having a knowledge and them not being able to pass the knowledge.
Round here we've got them from Leeds, Derby, Birmingham, Hull and a few other places.
They don't know their way around and several questions have been put to the LO regarding them passing the knowledge?
When Derby introduced the Knowledge some years ago Matlock had an increase of Asian drivers from Derby because they couldn't pass the knowledge.
