I would imagine yes, unless the Council Leader drops dead.

It can say what it wants, but as many folks supporting restrictions say 'councils know best'.

I has the misfortune to have to drop some passengers off at milton keynes railway station last year (an all day hire finishing up 10 miles from there so mearest station for passengers to return to london) and it was very chaotic and almost impossible to drop off there with the queues of Taxis blocking the roadways.

I would have thought that the council would be getting complaints about that so a change of policy might be on the cards if it became an issue that could affect election results ?

Yhhh the train station is full of taxis waiting some times ques and ques lines everywhere
But the trade has dropped there in know a few PH there sayin they need to be working 12 hours+ per day inorder to make good money
As is says in the survey most hackneys are working around 75hours per week and average waiting on rank is 1hour+.

There are 200 (ish) hackneys to serve a population of 243,000.

Now to me that isn't over the top.
