At the moment nothing, we just have to lump it.
But when 'best value' finally gets hold of licensing department, I think things will change.
I made a complaint to the best value officer over 12 months ago and apparently they are still investigating my complaint.
I have told them that they have a further 6 weeks or my complaint will be handed to the ombusman, quite generous I think.
