I hear that stoke on trent might be issuing 36 licenses over three years. Anyone down that way who wants a license better get their name on the interesting parties list or whatever they call it just in case they try and pull a fast one and backdate the list.

The recent Wakefield survey said one plate is needed in Pontefract and one in Castleford.

Blyth Valley are issuing 4 plates subject to council approval in December and Manchester have agreed to have an English Test for all foreign drivers similar to that of Birmingham and an urdu test for indigienous British drivers. I predict great unmet demand manifesting itself in Manchester? lol.

Regards

JD
