Was that the survey where the bosses wanted the plates?

How are the plates being divvied out?

Well..under Diversity and equality regulations 7.5 plates will need to go to females, 4 plates will need to go to LGBT types, 3 plates to ethnic minorities...that leaves some straight white guy with half a plate.

The plates are up for grabs on June the 15th. I'll keep you posted as I applied for two :D
PS I'm unemployed and would love the chance to drive my own cab especially during peak demand.

The big bosses include: Renfrewshire Cab Company (ten applications), Paisley Taxis (five), Renfrewshire Radio Cars (two)

It depends on how they decide to issue the licenses, local authorities (in England & Wales) work on the following practices;

1, A waiting list

2, A lottery

3, A points system

4, A mix of 2 & 3

In Southampton they have a ballot.

The thought of cab firms getting those plates makes me want to puke.

A quick email with a complaint stating that they should be shared out, to individual drivers
