Plate premiums in Preston stand at 28K while Manchester has seen plate values fall in the last 8 months from 50k to 45k and now down to 35 - 38K. The reason for this is the large plate issues that have taken place in recent years and look set to continue in the forseable future. Regards JD |

So the %age decrease in plate values looks a bit bigger than the %age increase in plate numbers? |
