Only six councils left to respond to the Government guidance. Thank God!

It looks like 96 will retain quantity controls but there is also one council from the restricted list that intends to remove QT in the near future so that will bring it down to 95.

Still loads of work to do to make 96 a big fat 0, but your list and helpful advice has defo made the 153 a big fat 96. :wink:
