CC Don't you have London style quality controls then Wayne, or is it something to do with the shortage of driver's for your little empire? What's wrong, can't crank up the rentals or punt off all your licences for a false premium? Oh I know, It's for the good of the trade, and not little Wayne.

I can recall him giving the virtues of a 20 year old WAV vehicle being licensed at the behest of a 3 year old hackney saloon. As a matter of interest the association have requested an upper and lower age limit on WAV's (3 & 10 with 10 being advisory save exceptional circumstance), anyone producing a vehicle under 3 years old should be granted a license. The survey issue may just be a smokescreen
