A single pdf of plate values can be downloaded here, Some councils have issued a small number of plates since I did this so the number of vehicles in some authorities could be more than what is listed.

So if the value, in just under half the amount of restricting council, is a third of a billion, is it fair to say the value of all restricted plates is over half a billion pounds? :?

And to think councils have given that all away for virtually nothing.

It's up to each individual council to decide whether they wish to remove numbers controls but the list will be part of the new taxi magazine so I would think every authority will get a copy.
