Should council tax payers foot the bill when councils seek to stop the free market by limiting taxi numbers ?

Council tax payers pay for unmet demand surveys & unsuccessful court cases against rejected applicants

Council tax payers shouldn't pay for SUD surveys, but many do.

IMO councillors who keep a restricted numbers policy should pay for SUD surveys out of their own pockets. :wink:
