On first observation it would appear there are no LTI vehicles in that picture, can anyone see something that I can't? I'm also intrigued why all those on the front row have their arms folded in some way. I wonder if that's a trait of human nature? Those concerned about dress codes might wish to comment on whether these drivers came dressed for the occasion and did you spot the man in shorts. Personally I think they look OK but I know some might prefer to see them dressed in shirt and tie with the council crest stuck on their forehead.
