And the pub and club budget is going to have to pay for it.

17 years wait and the trade still cant pay up.

Very good news indeed.

Holding unmet demand surveys are a good way to assess consumer demand, then through further consultation with all interested parties more vehicles will be available if required but current drivers will not risk losing their livlihoods should the gates be flung open.

I would suggest though that only 34 HC are not capable of servicing even a small town, so the trade should prepare to see its numbers increased.
