Would it not be a great idea for any local licencing authority to keep the guilty ph vehichle caught flagging on any ph drivers 2nd offence flagging illegally. This would one deter future flagging and secondly result in much needed cash for the local authority considering this country is now broke!!!

If the car's an old wreck crush it down and send it to China!!!!

Would be better shooting the driver on the spot, no if's no buts' just 'bang' :shock:

Don't think the councils have the powers to take your car.

Simpler solution, caught touting illegally fine them huuuuuuuuuuuuuge, 2nd time take their license.
