Indeed they are ! And therefore have no monetary value whatsoever ! Unless you want to pay for one that is ! Just buy the car that has the Vehicle Licence attached to it ! If you own the licenced vehicle you own the licence ! And thats LEGAL !

That is what a moral person would do, as opposed to just buying a car attaching someone elses licence to it and then claiming it as theirs.

It may not be moral to you, but its TOTALLY LEGAL AND RIGHT !! Besides Id rather spend £50,000 on my family over next five years than line the pockets of a greedy, deceitful, lying, untrustworthy, selfish plate owner.

I asked myself a question one day ! If I could spend 50k on my familly or give it someone else, what would I do ? Of course i dont want to break the law in any way in doing so !

Stuff yer MORALS where the sun dont shine, my familly come before anyone and anything, so stick that in yer pipe and smoke it !!

There be a few other guys out there wishing they had thought about their famillies now too, just a shame they did'nt have the bottle to do whats right and proper.

From here it looks like owners and drivers have both been party to deceiving the council. I doubt that is legal and it certainly isn't right.

Kettle and pot come to mind here. I'm sure those on the waiting list for a plate will be happy to know that they have been cheated by greedy, deceitful, lying, untrustworthy, selfish drivers.

I would say they are confirming who the real owner is, so the plate isn't being re-issued, it's being transferred.

I could'nt have said it better myself, 'the real owners' have prevailed. Makes you wonder why they paid rent all this time for something they owned all along ! ! ! ! !
